SpaceX, the space and aviation company of which US billionaire businessman Elon Musk is CEO, announced that it signed a cloud services agreement covering the provision of computing capacity to Google.
In the company’s notification to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), it was stated that the computing capacity to be provided within the scope of the agreement will consist of approximately 110 thousand Nvidia graphics processors (GPUs), as well as central processors (CPUs), memory and other related components.
According to the agreement, Google will pay $920 million monthly to SpaceX between October 2026 and June 2029.
It was reported that the infrastructure capacity to be provided will be gradually increased until the end of September, and lower fees will be applied during this transition period.
It was noted that within the scope of the agreement, Google will continue to protect its ownership and intellectual property rights over its content, artificial intelligence models and related data.
